divination sessions

A frog faces away from the camera, a tiny leaf sticking off the right side of their head. They are half-submerged in water, surrounded by lilypads and piles of pine needles.

I announced divination sessions in my Substack newsletter and on social media three days ago, then realized this morning I’d ignored ~the blog,~ which maybe doesn’t matter because many beautiful folks have already booked me out for February, but is not in the spirit of why I created this in the first place. Anyway, onwards!

I am now offering my signature Tarot+Lenormand divination sessions to the public, and as of today am booking for mid-March and taking wait list submissions for April. Going forward I plan to release availability in one- or two-month blocks, depending on what other activities in my daily life will be looking like.

As I noted in my newsletter:

I have been reading both Lenormand and Tarot cards for about seven years — Lenormand a little longer, Tarot a little shorter. I love them both dearly. I have always read for others in casual contexts, but this past summer I undertook an experiment with a lovely group of querents to see if I could fit readings into my life in a formal way. The answer was a resounding YES.

Offering readings alongside my demanding but beloved 9-to-5 (more often an 8-to-6, or 10-to-8, or 7-to-you-get-the-picture), with coworkers and clients stretching coast to coast and across the pond, required quite a bit of nimble action and good boundaries. Not to mention making sure that I don’t suck up all the time normally spent at the marshes and on my photographs. Last summer and autumn I experimented with a few different schedules to find an ideal balance, got some mistakes out of my system, and then it was just a matter of time to rustle up the cajones (and a gorgeous launch election by my friend Kira Ryberg).

You can learn more about my method, read some testimonials from my beautiful querents, and request a session of your own on my sessions page. And if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me any time at ashley at eightofpentacles.com. I’d love to chat.
