Privacy
All data submitted to me through contact forms, and all conversations held within the consultation space, are strictly confidential. Your information will only be used to provide you with your consultation, and will only be saved by me for my personal records of readings and for future reference in any follow-up consultations with you.
Payment
For sessions booked via Acuity, payment is collected at the time of booking. For other types of payments and trades, we will work together to determine timing.
If you require a refund for any reason, please contact me directly at ashley at eightofpentacles.com first; this is the fastest way to receive a resolution.
Canceling, rescheduling, and no-shows

You may cancel at any time for a full refund prior to your scheduled session. Please note that refunds must be initiated manually by me via Stripe. They are not automatically issued by Acuity. I will initiate your refund within one weekday of receiving your cancellation, but it may take 5-10 business days for it to show on your card statement.
You may reschedule your session via Acuity at any time, but please note that my availability is highly limited; there may not be a slot available. If this is the case, you can contact me directly and we can either work to find a new time together; I can prioritize you for my next scheduling block; or I can issue you a refund.
A session is considered a no-show if you have not contacted me within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment start time (that is, if your appointment is at 7:00pm, you must notify me by 7:15pm if you will not be coming). No-shows will not be refunded, but please contact me for extenuating circumstances to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may re-book at a 20% discount once — contact me at ashley at eightofpentacles.com to receive a discounted booking link.
Liability
I do not provide medical, legal, or financial services. I am not a licensed therapist. I will not address questions related to making medical diagnoses. Divination sessions can never predict anything with complete certainty, and are not a substitute for a professional, credentialed service provider. Booking with me means that you acknowledge that your session is for consultative purposes only, and actions you take after our session are at your sole discretion and are not my responsibility.
